BIO - RONA FLUNEY CPCC, CHRP She graduated from The Coaches Training Institute, San Rafael, California and received her certification as a Certified Professional CoActive Coach (CPCC). Rona also holds a designation as a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and a Certificate in Career Development. Other certifications are in the Emotional quotient Index and Career Architect Leadership. Continuous learning for Rona is precedent. With twelve years of voluntary Board experience, she has held various roles such as President, Past President and Certification Chair for The Career Development Association of Alberta (CDAA) and Program Director for The Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC). Rona also teaches for the University of Calgary in Continuing Education. Rona is the President of Kinetic Coaching and has over ten years experience as a Business and Personal Coach. Her coaching background includes leadership coaching, performance enhancement, and career/transition management in the corporate, private, and public sectors. Rona's varied experience includes over 20 years in leadership roles. Her clients are from oil and gas, healthcare, telecommunications, technology, financial, and service industries.
