BIO - RONA FLUNEY CPCC, CHRP, CCDP She is a Certified Professional CoActive Coach (CPCC) through The Coaches Training Institute. Rona holds the designation of Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and is a Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP). Other certifications are in the Emotional Quotient Index and Career Leadership Architect. With 12 years of voluntary Board experience, she has held various roles such as President, Past President and Certification Chair for The Career Development Association of Alberta (CDAA) and Program Director for The Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC). Rona is also an Adult Educator with 12 years experience with the University of Calgary and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Clients consistently comment on Rona's professionalism, honesty, integrity, effervescence, authenticity, empathy, and ability to listen deeply and connect quickly. Rona is the founder of Kinetic Coaching and has over 15 years experience as a Business and Life Coach.
Her coaching background includes leadership coaching, team relationships and career/transition management in the corporate, private, and public sectors.
